Ukończył Wydział Lekarski na Uniwersytecie Medycznym w Łodzi. Szkolenie specjalizacyjne odbył na oddziale Urologii i Transplantacji nerek szpitala im M. Pirogowa w Łodzi. Wiedzę i umiejętności poszerzał na licznych kursach i kongresach naukowych ośrodkach w Polsce i za granicą.
Główne zainteresowania dr Książka to leczenie chorób onkologicznych przy użyciu metod minimalnie inwazyjnych, kamicy układu moczowego oraz łagodnego przerostu prostaty.
Aktualnie pracuje na oddziale Urologii Pabianickiego Centrum Medycznego.
W ramach praktyki klinicznej oprócz zabiegów diagnostycznych wykonuje zabiegi z zakresu urologii oraz urologii onkologicznej.
Przeprowadza konsultacje również w języku angielskim.
